Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals and families in need. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing counseling services. Duties: - Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans - Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address various mental health concerns - Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed care - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients - Assist clients in accessing community resources and support services - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation, including coding for billing purposes - Provide crisis management services as needed Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field - Valid license or certification as a Social Worker (LCSW, LMSW, etc.) - Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults - Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans - Knowledge of ICD-9 coding for medical documentation purposes - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment We offer competitive compensation packages and benefits for our employees.
